The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Indiana (or 6 months to obtain), and 4–8 years in bridge design with proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months

Experience

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in bridge design and rehabilitation
• Demonstrated experience managing state or locally funded transportation/bridge projects, including budget, schedule, and scope oversight
• Experience working with Indiana Departments of Transportation (DOT) standards and specifications
• Design experience softwares: AutoCAD, Civil3D
