Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience
• PhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform field inspections for a range of highway and railroad bridges
• Develop inspection reports based on findings
• Perform structural analysis, design and plans as needed
• Perform load rating analysis, calculation and report development
• Assist in construction phase services such as submittal review and field support
• Mentor junior staff in their development
• Monitor quality and budget on all assigned tasks
• Coordinate and plan schedules, hours, and workload within discipline
