Job summary

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) seeks a Program Manager for the Bridge Program within IPMA to lead multi-million-dollar and mega projects, directing bridge design, asset management, preventive maintenance, and program operations. You will supervise civil and structural engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing design policies, guiding project delivery, and coordinating with IPMTs to maintain schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with ABET-accredited program.
• Advanced calculus and engineering science coursework in multiple areas.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating strong engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and recommends design policies and procedures.
• Oversees IPMTs to ensure standards and schedules are followed.
• Guides design and management of programs and schedules considering economics and traffic characteristics.
