You plan the day’s work, line up equipment and materials, confirm inspections, and keep subcontractors and vendors moving in sync. Throughout the shift, you uphold CCI policies and values, remove roadblocks, monitor productivity, and make sure quality and compliance never slip. By day’s end, you’ve delivered safe, efficient work and a crew that knows exactly what’s next.What you’ll ownLead safe, productive field operations on bridge maintenance and repair projects.Coordinate logistics: schedules, inspections, materials, equipment, and onsite deliveries.Partner with subcontractors and vendors to align milestones and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Supervise and coach field personnel—set expectations, provide feedback, and take corrective action when needed.Plan work sequences and adjust to changing conditions to meet project goals.What you bring5-7 years of construction experience with strong field leadership.Background in bridge structure construction serving as a foreman, superintendent, or lead.Proven ability to plan work, coordinate subs and suppliers, and manage inspections.OSHA 10 and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Job Requirements/QualificationsDrug Test/Screening, Reference Checks, OSHA 10 certification, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and construction leadership experience.BenefitsHealth and Dental Insurance401K ProgramProfit SharingPaid HolidaysPaid LeaveAbout CCICurtis Contracting, Inc.
