STV Incorporated in Franklin, TN, seeks a Senior Structural (Bridge) Engineer to join the Transportation Team. The role covers analysis and design of highway and pedestrian bridges and related structures, with client interaction and potential business development contributions.

Qualified candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of progressive design experience, a TN PE license, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and project-management abilities to guide projects from

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive design experience in structural engineering.
TN Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and mentor.

Responsibilities

Work as part of the Bridge Practice in the TN office and lead assigned tasks.
Analyze and design bridges and related structures to meet project needs.
Support technical and cost proposals to win work.
Assist in overseeing project delivery to meet forecasted profits.
Provide leadership by mentoring junior staff and coordinating budgets/schedules.
Develop client relationships to procure new business.
