H&H in Raleigh, NC is seeking an entry-level inspector/technician to support a two-person bridge inspection team. You will assist with field inspections of state and municipal bridges, document deficiencies, and help prepare detailed structure inspection reports.

Willingness to travel within North Carolina.
Associate's Degree or higher (preferred).
NCDOT Inspection experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist the Team Leader of a two-man bridge inspection team with inspections of State-owned, municipal, private, railroad bridges, and related structures across North Carolina.
Take precise measurements on structures to detect movement, deterioration and document deficiencies.
Contribute to writing detailed structure inspection reports based on field measurements and findings.
Create CAD drawings to document field conditions.
Assist in scheduling and planning the team's activities in conformance with structure priorities.
Prepare clear and concise Daily Inspection Reports documenting work performed, manpower, materials, and quantities.
