Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required
• NY P.E. license required (NJ license a plus)
• 5+ years bridge inspection experience
• NHI Bridge Inspector training within last 5 years
• Experience with MS Office, MicroStation, CombIS

Responsibilities

• Bridge, tunnel, and ancillary structure inspections and load ratings
• Prepare scheduling, write inspection reports, QA/QC, assist with coordination
• Perform structural analyses and prepare plans per federal/state/local requirements
• Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and special provisions
• Site visits and onsite inspections
• Assist PMs with schedule/budget updates and proposals
• Perform engineering tasks for bridge design and related work
• Design steel, concrete, and/or timber bridge elements and walls
