Job summary

STV, Inc. currently has an opening for a Bridge Inspection Team Leader/Senior Structural Engineer in our Transportation Division of our Massachusetts office.

Sign on and relocation bonus available, with a great career path to lead bridge and culvert projects. Your primary duties include leading bridge inspections, coordinating with vendors and agencies, developing plans in AutoCAD, producing inspection reports, mentoring the team, and supporting budgets and proposals.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in structural or civil engineering.
• PE licensure preferred; out-of-state licenses accepted.
• Completion of FHWA-NHI-130055 safety inspection training.
• Experience with bridge inspections and load ratings.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and culvert inspections as Team Leader.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies and clients.
• Develop plans and sketches using AutoCAD.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and budgets.
• Mentor inspection team members and support proposals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)

Massachusetts PE license preferred
