WSP USA is seeking an Assistant Inspector – Bridge Inspection to join our Mountain Pacific bridge inspection team. This role can be based in AZ, CO, ID, NM, NV, or UT with NBIS/NTIS‑compliant field work.

You will support inspections of bridges and related structures, collect field data, and help develop inspection reports while coordinating with senior staff and clients. Responsibilities include assisting inspections, documenting measurements and conditions, and contributing to client reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering or closely related discipline.
• 0–1 years of relevant post-education experience with bridge inspection or related fieldwork.
• Ability to read and interpret bridge plans and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with inspections of bridges, culverts, overhead sign structures, retaining walls and other transportation assets.
• Collect and document field data, including measurements, defect identification, material conditions and environmental factors.
• Prepare client‑compliant field notes, sketches and photographs for reports.
• Assist in developing inspection reports with condition ratings and maintenance actions.
