• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of field operations and construction processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with material quantity takeoffs for ordering, purchasing, and estimating.
• Support scheduling of crew activities and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of costs, progress, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in enforcing and implementing safety protocols on-site.
• Aid in preparing project reports for traffic control, erosion control, pollution control, etc.
