Job summary

Kokosing is seeking skilled craftsmen to construct, erect, and repair structures with a focus on concrete-form work and blueprint interpretation. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork, raising scaffolds, and using hand and power tools in outdoor environments.

Candidates should have Carpenter Training or bridge work experience and be capable of working on elevated structures with steel-toed boots.

Qualifications

• Carpenter Training Program or equivalent, or experience in bridge work, read blueprints and rules.
• Experience reading blueprints, sketches, or bridge plans for material requirements.
• Able to work with level and construct forms and supports.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or bridge plans to determine materials needed.
• Select lumber or materials and prepare layout.
• Construct and assemble forms, chutes, and supports for concrete pours.
• Erect scaffolding, nails, braces, and anchor bolts for structures.
