Job summary

Kokosing is seeking Carpenters (Heavy Highway – Roadway/Bridge projects) with form work experience for bridges and structures. Projects span Northern VA/DC/MD area and Wallops Island, VA. Responsibilities include constructing forms, reading blueprints, handling hand tools, and erecting scaffolding for concrete pours.

Must have own hand tools and follow safety protocols. We value skilled carpenters with the ability to interpret plans, work at heights, and operate in a demanding outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience in bridge form work; read blueprints and plans.
• Must have own hand tools and be able to work with level.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, and repair bridge/structure forms.
• Set up forms and chutes for pouring concrete.
• Assist in pouring and finishing concrete.
• Erect scaffolding and access equipment for work at heights.
