Job summary

IMEG, a leading engineering consultancy, is hiring a Bridge Engineering New Graduate in Medley, FL. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one.

You will support structural design for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and other transportation structures while collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver resilient infrastructure and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• EIT preferred or willingness to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Interact with clients to understand needs, gather project requirements, and communicate technical information effectively.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions while monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical and efficient solutions.
