Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and P.E. registration in Kansas and/or Missouri.
• 15+ years' experience in structural engineering with emphasis on bridges.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage design teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and plan development tasks for highway structures in Kansas and Missouri.
• Maintain project scope, design changes, budget and schedule across projects.
• Mentor and develop staff; coordinate QC/QA reviews and client communications.
• Oversee proposals, cultivate client relationships, and represent WSP at meetings.
