HDR is seeking a Bridge Engineer to design and detail bridge projects, including steel, prestressed concrete, and segmental bridges, for highway and railway projects. You will use LEAP, MDX, SAP2000, and other tools, perform load calculations, and review junior engineers’ work while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PE license is required and must be recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bridge design and related structural work.
• Knowledge of standard bridge design procedures and structural detailing.
• Experience supervising junior staff and coordinating project tasks.

Responsabilités

• Apply structural engineering and detailing techniques to bridge projects.
• Work on bridge, box culvert, and interchange design for highway/rail projects.
• Develop structural details using software and perform load calculations.
• Review work, assign tasks, and check calculations and specifications.
