Job summary

HNTB is seeking engineers to contribute to major infrastructure projects. You will develop discipline-specific deliverables, coordinate work efforts, and guide junior engineers. A strong foundation in engineering principles and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a PE and experience with MicroStation/OpenBridge Designer, plus knowledge of NC/SC design standards. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years; or
• PhD in Engineering with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Develop discipline-specific engineering deliverables such as reports, designs and plans.
• Coordinate and plan schedules, hours and distribution of work within discipline.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Perform quality control reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
