Bridge Engineer – Senior & Junior Positions

Our client, a respected civil and structural engineering firm based in Beaver Falls, PA, is currently seeking two talented Bridge Engineers to join our growing team. These are full-time, direct-hire roles offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.

We are looking to hire a Senior Bridge Engineer first, with the intention of having this individual involved in the hiring and mentorship of the Junior Bridge Engineer. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, and experienced in working on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PADOT) projects.

Positions: Junior and Senior Bridge Engineers

Target Experience:

• 3-5+ years of Bridge Design Experience
• PADOT/PennDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation) project experience is required
• Experience developing project plans, specifications, and bid packages
• Ability to lead bridge inspections is a plus
• AASHTO LRFD (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials' Load and Resistance Factor Design) experience is a plus
• CBSI or Fracture Critical Inspection Certification is a plus
• Pennsylvania PE License is a plus
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and analysis of bridge structures
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and construction documents
• Support the development of project schedules and budgets
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $65,000 – $120,000/year, depending on experience
