We are currently seeking a Staff Structural Engineer to join our Transportation Structures team in Illinois who has a passion for structural engineering. This position will work with an exceptional team of planning and design professionals focused on a range of structural projects for city, regional, and state clients. Our transportation team strives to deliver for our clients by envisioning solutions, developing designs, building consensus, and constructing the infrastructure that meets their current needs while also considering the future.
This engineer will assist with the delivery of technically robust projects crucial to our transportation network, focusing on bridges and other vital transportation structures like culverts, retaining walls, and sign structures. Responsibilities may include creating and analyzing 3D models, developing plan details, generating quantities and cost estimates. The employee will need to have the capacity to work on multiple projects in a week with the ability to manage workload to meet specified deadlines with the support of the team.

$60,600.00 - $95,700.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
