Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with engineering software packages listed.
• Experience in bridge/structural design.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu.
• Bentley OpenBridge Modeler and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3D.
• Strong computer skills for structural layout and design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• In the role of Bridge EIT/Coordinator, assist with bridge design and detailing.
• Apply structural engineering and detailing techniques to projects (bridges, culverts, interchanges).
• Perform load calculations and geometric layout.
• Develop structural details using specialized software.
• Participate in bridge inspection and related calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
