We are actively seeking a Bridge Design Staff Engineer I to join our dedicated team of professionals in Harrisburg, PA. As a Bridge Design Staff Engineer I, key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and analyzing various structures, i.e., bridges, buildings, and retaining walls to provide solutions for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of any type of structure
  • Performing NBIS Bridge Inspections

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation/Structures emphasis
  • Engineer in Training certification or in pursuit of obtaining certification
  • 1+ years of experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection
  • NBIS bridge inspection certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of PENNDOT design procedures
  • Working familiarity with Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D; Microsoft Office Suite and various structural software programs
  • A team player possessing strong skills in communication, planning, and organization
  • Has the flexibility for occasional travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices (Valid U.S. driver’s license is required)
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
