Arizona Department of Transportation seeks a Bridge Design Manager to lead the Bridge Group's design projects within the Five Year Highway Construction Program in Phoenix. You will oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance while coordinating with stakeholders to meet ADOT goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years experience in bridge engineering with supervisory experience.
• Registered Arizona Professional Engineering License (PE) or eligibility to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Bridge Group's in-house design projects within the Five Year Highway Construction Program and tasks assigned to the Subcommittee of Bridges and Structures.
• Direct, schedule, and assign tasks and design projects to Bridge Design Section Leaders and the Standards Engineer.
• Review and monitor project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
