Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) invites motivated civil engineering students to join a 12-week Structural Design Intern program focused on bridges and transportation structures. You will learn to analyze components, apply AASHTO specs, and support project teams on design calculations and submittals.

This onsite internship offers mentorship, exposure to QA/QC processes, and real client interactions.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a Civil Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
• Junior or senior academic status preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with strong communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead engineer with design files, drawings, and submittals documentation.
• Collaborate on designs for bridges, culverts, walls, and transportation structures.
• Support QA/QC reviews and ensure design calculations meet requirements.
