Job summary

Manhattan Road & Bridge Company is seeking a Bridge Foreman for our Southwest Florida office in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will lead field crews on civil highway bridge projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Experience with pile driving, forming, and bridge erection is essential. The role requires strong leadership, plan interpretation, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field crew management in civil highway bridge construction.
• 5+ years in major bridge construction preferred.
• Knowledge of survey controls, grade checking, and bridge geometry.
• Ability to read civil construction plans with accuracy.
• Experience with pile driving, forming, steel/beam erection, shoring, cofferdams, drilled shafts, and deck forming/placement.
• Marine or railroad bridge construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

• Ensure productive work with optimal use of resources and adherence to plans.

Our Southwest Florida Office (Fort Myers, FL) is currently seeking a Bridge Foreman.

Qualified candidate will possess the following:

• 3+ years related experience in field crew management of civil highway bridge construction operations required;
• 5+ years related experience in the construction of major bridge construction preferred;
• Knowledge of survey controls, grade checking; and bridge geometry;
• Competency in reading civil construction Plans;
• Experience with Pile Driving, Concrete Forming, Steel or Beam Erection, Temporary and Permanent Shoring, Cofferdams, Drilled-shaft Foundations, and Bridge Deck Forming and Concrete Placement;
• Marine and or Railroad bridge construction, preferred;
• Current OSHA (10 Hour) Certification, preferred;
• Responsibility for ensuring and providing effective leadership, planning, safety, productivity, and quality of work for their crew and equipment resources;
• Ability to travel;
