Job summary

Luxe Brands in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Bridal Stylist to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for brides-to-be. You will guide gown selections, maintain expert knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations, and help clients feel confident and celebrated throughout the process.

This is a non-exempt role with weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) and paid training in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or luxury retail.
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Guide brides through gown selection with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain expert knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
