Luxe Brands is seeking a Bridal Stylist in Dallas, TX to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for brides-to-be. You will build confidence and celebrate each client, guiding them through gown selection with specialist knowledge of designers, fabrics, and alterations.

This part-time role requires weekend availability and may include travel for one-week training; competitive hourly pay with commission and room for earnings growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain expert knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
• Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
