Luxe Brands in Detroit, MI seeks a Bridal Stylist to deliver exceptional, personalized shopping for Brides-to-Be. You will guide gown selections, maintain knowledge of designers and alterations, and meet sales goals through relationship-building and upselling. This role supports a positive, collaborative team environment in a bridal retail setting.

This part-time position requires weekend availability and one weekday shift as needed. Training includes travel to Columbus, OH for one week.

Qualifications

• Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to travel to Columbus, OH for one week of paid training.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or soft-lines.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the store by scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
• Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
