Job summary

David’s Bridal stylist provides a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience with all customers. Stylists are brand ambassadors delivering 5-Star Customer Service and achieving sales goals by following our selling behaviors.

The role reports to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager. They assist with fittings, appointments, alterations coordination and promote personalization options to drive conversion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or apparel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Use POS/iPad tools to manage customer flow and process transactions.
• Assist with fittings and appointment preparation, promote alterations.
• Promote personalization options and coordinate alterations with specialists.
• Maintain store standards and keep the presentation and promos ready.
