Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist in the United States. You will deliver a positive, friendly, and professional selling experience, aiming for 5-Star customer service while meeting sales goals.

The role reports to Store Manager with collaboration from the Sales Manager, and you will act as a brand ambassador for David’s Bridal. Responsibilities include greeting customers, researching needs using store systems, coordinating fittings, and promoting alterations and personalization options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Research and communicate information to customers using store systems and iPad tools.
• Provide 5-Star customer service while achieving sales goals and managing multiple customers.
• Assist with alterations and personalize gowns/dresses when appropriate, coordinating with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and report damaged equipment to management.
• Follow loss prevention, security policies and clock in/out accurately.
