Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Bridal Stylist in Kansas City to deliver a positive, empathetic shopping experience and drive sales through 5-Star customer service and product expertise.

You will welcome customers both in person and by phone, guide fittings, coordinate alterations, manage appointments, and maintain clean, promotional store standards while partnering with leadership to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and iPad tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and by phone.
• Assist customers using the POS system and iPad tools to research products.
• Provide 5-Star customer service and work toward sales goals and productivity.
• Collaborate with Alterations and store leadership to schedule fittings and appointments.
