Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Provide 5-Star customer service and assist customers in selecting gowns and accessories.
• Use the POS system and iPad tools to manage customer flow and documentation.
• Work with alterations team to ensure perfect fit and timely appointments.
• Maintain store standards and promote all alterations services.
