Job summary

David’s Bridal in Georgia is seeking a Stylist to provide a positive, empathetic shopping experience and achieve sales goals. You will follow our selling behaviors and support the store with presentation and operations, reporting to the Store Manager with the Sales Manager.

The role emphasizes 5-Star customer service, handling appointments, and promoting alterations services while partnering with alterations specialists to personalize gowns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone with genuine enthusiasm.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a 5-Star experience (Appointments/Customers/POS).
• Provide excellent service to multiple customers at once and address concerns confidently.
• Review customer profiles and prepare fitting rooms for appointments.
• Promote alterations services and partner with Alterations Specialists to set up fittings.
