Qualifications

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting style to suit customers.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow (Appointments/Point of sale).
• Research and communicate information to customers using iPad tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and use POS to deliver 5-Star experience.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and drive store sales.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options in partnership with Alterations Specialists.
