Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver a positive and empathetic shopping experience, drive sales, and partner with Alterations Specialists to personalize gowns. You will manage customer profiles, measurements, and appointments, ensuring a memorable wedding-purchase journey.

You will use iPad tools and our POS system, maintaining brand standards and contributing to a 5-Star service culture across the store. Previous retail apparel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service in-store and over the phone.
• Meet sales goals and productivity using the 5-Step Selling Process.
• Coordinate alterations appointments in partnership with Alterations Specialists.
• Keep store standards clean, organized, and promotion-ready.
• Drive store performance through upselling and relationship-building with customers.
