David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver a positive, empathetic selling experience and achieve sales goals. You will assist customers, manage appointments, and promote alterations and personalization options in a fast-paced bridal environment.

You will report to Store Manager and collaborate with Sales Manager to maintain brand standards and drive 5-Star customer service across the store.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Use systems to manage the customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience (Appointments/Customers/Point of sale system).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at one time and address customer concerns with confidence.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing customer profiles and preparing a fitting room.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options and partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments.
• Strive to achieve 65% platform conversion and support the store’s sales goals.
• Maintain store standards and participate in merchandising and operations tasks as needed.
