David’s Bridal is hiring a Part-Time Stylist to deliver a positive, empathetic shopping experience and drive 5-Star service. You will manage customer flow, assist with fittings, promote alterations services, and help customers find the perfect gown while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of retail experience. You will work in-store, using our 5-Step Selling Process and POS system to ensure a memorable bridal experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience (1–2 years) preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, empathetic, professional selling experience to customers.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain 5-Star customer service.
• Follow the 5-Step Selling Process and manage customer flow using the POS system.
• Coordinate fittings, alterations, and appointments with store team.
• Maintain clean, organized store presentation and uphold dress code.
