David’s Bridal in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a friendly and energetic Stylist to deliver a 5-Star shopping experience. You will greet customers, discuss needs, manage appointments, and assist with gown fittings, while ensuring flawless presentation and operations across the store.

You will promote alterations services, use iPad and POS tools, collaborate with the team, and strive to meet sales and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person or over the phone.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a 5-Star experience (Appointments/Customers/Point of sale system).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing a fitting room.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists to set up fittings.
• Maintain store standards and report damaged equipment.
