David’s Bridal is seeking a stylist to provide a positive, professional selling experience for every customer. You will drive 5-Star service, meet sales goals, and collaborate with Store Manager and Sales Manager to deliver excellence in bridal styling.

You will manage customer appointments, coordinate with Alterations, and help maintain a clean, promotional store environment while following David’s Bridal selling behaviors and policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and by phone.
• Use store systems (POS, appointments, and customer data) to facilitate a 5-Star experience.
• Assist customers in selecting gowns and accessories; aim to identify the perfect gown in initial tries.
• Explain alterations services and schedule Alterations appointments as needed.
• Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and promotional signage.
