David’s Bridal is seeking a Bridal Stylist to provide a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience for every customer. You will deliver 5-Star Customer Service, help customers choose gowns, and achieve sales goals by following our selling behaviors and processes.

Reporting to the Store Manager with the Sales Manager, you’ll prepare for appointments, manage client profiles, coordinate alterations, and maintain clean, promotional store presentation.

Qualifications

• Provide 5-Star customer service to every customer.
• Assist customers with gown selections and fittings.
• Maintain store standards and assist with orders.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and manage flow with POS system.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations and coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Meet sales productivity and conversion targets.
• Maintain dress code and store appearance.
