Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience in apparel or customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to learn and use POS system and other selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide a 5-star service.
• Manage customer flow and appointments with POS system.
• Assist customers with finding gowns and alterations options.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure promotional displays.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to 5-star customer service.
