The role focuses on helping brides and customers find the perfect gown, maintaining strong store presentation, and contributing to team success through achievement of sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Process transactions accurately and manage the customer flow.
• Assist customers with gowns, alterations, and personalization options.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandising and promotions.
• Schedule and set appointments for alterations and fittings.
