Job Description:

As a Stylist, you will contribute to the success of your store by leading inspiring appointments and connecting with our Brides. Our stylists are experts on all things Luv Bridal. You are a great listener, able to understand the bride’s needs, and offer solutions. As a member of a team, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and help when needed.

Customer Experience:

• Create positive energy in your appointments that makes guests rave about their experience
• Present yourself in a professional manner to the team and customers
• Make confirmation calls, schedule appointments, and follow-ups
• Plan and/or participate in events (in-store/out-of-store)
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer’s experience

Operations:

• Ensure that the showroom is kept in pristine condition
• Steam gowns, price new inventory, and ship products as needed
• Complete all follow-ups in a timely manner
• Manage time effectively during appointments
• Input orders with accuracy
• Assist other team members with tasks as needed

The Details:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• 1-2 years of retail experience in bridal or other service-based businesses
• Interest in fashion and trends
• Humble and able to work in a team environment
• This job requires sitting, standing, and kneeling for potentially long periods
• The role also involves lifting items that may be over 25 lbs
