The Team

The American Girl Retail team creates memorable experiences through various in-store services like Girl and Doll Salons, Restaurants, Personal Shopping, Ear Piercing, and Parties. This role offers a dynamic environment where your decisions impact customers and team members alike.

The Opportunity

The Experience Associate (Doll Hair Stylist) at our Los Angeles store reports to the Sales Manager, delivering salon services and adapting to business needs.

Your Impact

• Assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Style dolls according to company standards, including hair and skin care techniques.
• Perform ear piercing services for girls and dolls, with training provided.
• Manage salon inventory and participate in store events.
• Share product knowledge and promote salon services and products.
• Support a positive work environment and assist in training new staff.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to perform ear piercing services.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Hair styling experience, especially with dolls, preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.50, based on location, skills, and experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
