Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star customer service to all clients in store and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a superior shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding the right gown, accessories and alterations options.
• Maintain store standards and promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Build relationships with customers to understand expectations and convert them to sales.
