Luv Bridal is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Denver Showroom and ensure a seamless bridal experience through strong operational leadership and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail operations experience, bridal or luxury service preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members in a retail setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive, high-emotion scenarios.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing.
• Ensure merchandise is steamed, tagged, and displayed to brand standards.
• Manage vendor orders, product receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain software and client database integrity with timely data input.
• Uphold cleanliness and functionality of showroom spaces.
