Lovely Bride, a luxury bridal boutique, invites you to join our Houston team as a Bridal Sales Stylist. You’ll guide brides through one-on-one appointments, combining personal styling with relationship-building and exceptional service to help each bride discover the dress that makes her feel her absolute best.

We provide comprehensive training on designers, gowns, fabrics, and fit, with hourly pay plus commission opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail, bridal, luxury sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred
• No bridal experience required—we provide comprehensive training and support
• A passion for fashion, styling, and helping people feel confident and celebrated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to build rapport and create memorable customer experiences
• Confidence working toward sales goals in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized one-on-one bridal appointments, creating a warm, welcoming, and celebratory experience
• Style brides in wedding gowns, veils, and accessories from our curated designer collections
• Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests throughout their shopping journey
• Stay connected with brides through email, text, and phone communication before and after appointments to provide exceptional service and support
• Generate and nurture new leads, helping future brides discover and connect with Lovely Bride
• Collaborate with your team to create engaging social media content that showcases our designers, brides, and boutique experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments
• Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining an authentic, pressure-free experience
• Maintain a beautiful, organized boutique environment that reflects the Lovely Bride brand

As a Bridal Sales Stylist at our Houston boutique, you'll guide brides through one of the most memorable shopping experiences of their lives. This is a consultative sales and client experience role where you'll combine personal styling, relationship building, and exceptional customer service to help each bride discover the dress that makes them feel their absolute best.

From the first greeting to the final \"yes,\" you'll own the appointment experience—creating meaningful connections, styling wedding-day looks, and helping brides confidently make one of the most important purchases of their lives.

No bridal experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training on bridal designers, gown construction, fabrics, fit, accessories, and the Lovely Bride styling experience.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time, in-person position at our Houston, TX boutique


• Weekend availability is required—our busiest and most exciting days are Saturdays and Sundays


• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist clients in and out of gowns
