Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Senior Stylist to join our growing team.

You will be the right-hand to the Store Leader, coach the stylists, and be the community cheerleader who loves planning events and creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll champion product knowledge, drive sales through strong conversion and AOV, and bring fresh ideas to grow brand awareness and appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in elevated service environment is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
