Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Jacksonville is seeking an energetic stylist to delight brides and bridal parties with head-to-toe looks, delivering memorable guest experiences in a vibrant retail-wedding environment.

You’ll use your styling training and people skills to drive conversion, support local partnerships, and assist with product merchandising while upholding the brand’s welcoming, fun vibe and community focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.
• Outgoing with strong guest-service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences in a service-oriented environment.
• Leverage styling training to complete head-to-toe bridal looks for the bride and bridal party, driving strong conversion.
• Assist in building localized relationships with small businesses, wedding vendors and regional influencers.
• Support leaders on administrative and product merchandising tasks.
