You will champion product knowledge, drive sales with strong conversion and AOV, mentor teammates, and contribute to recruitment and community outreach. If you love fashion, design, and making clients feel celebrated, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results.
• Deliver ideas to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
