David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver a friendly, empathetic shopping experience. You will research customer preferences, manage appointments with iPad tools, and guide brides through dressing and alterations with a focus on 5-Star service.

The role emphasizes accurate POS transactions, upselling add-ons, and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred in apparel/service.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and appointments using the POS system and iPad tools.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and meet sales goals with 5-step selling.
• Prepare fitting rooms and review customer profiles for appointments.
• Follow up to set future appointments and promote alterations services.
