David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. This role reports to the Store Manager and participates in a team that upholds the David’s Bridal brand.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing alterations, and assisting stylists with gown fit and customization to ensure a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Past retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion.
• POS system experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and via phone or chats.
• Assist customers with alterations, fittings, and tailoring services.
• Provide exceptional service and support to ensure a five-star experience.
• Coordinate with stylists to ensure proper gown fit and customization.
• Maintain store standards and alterations room organization.
